Payment Policy
At Marina Furniture, completing your purchase should feel as comfortable and straightforward as picking out the perfect piece for your home. This Payment Policy explains which payment methods we accept, how taxes and charges are applied, and what to expect during checkout, cancellation, and refund. Placing an order with Marina Furniture means you accept the terms described below.

All charges are billed in United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank/wire transfers, cryptocurrency, prepaid or gift cards, or any method not listed above.
Financing is not available. Orders must be paid in full at checkout — we do not offer layaway, split payments, or deferred billing.
2. Shipping & Handling Charges
Free standard shipping on eligible orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase. Address exclusions apply; please see our Shipping Policy for full delivery coverage and restrictions.
No shipping fee, handling fee, or insurance surcharge is added at checkout. The total shown at checkout — product price plus any applicable sales tax — is the final amount you pay. Marina Furniture charges no processing, service, or hidden fees of any kind.
3. How the Checkout Process Works
Placing your order
Full payment is collected at the moment you submit your order. Your order enters processing within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, and standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after shipment.
If payment authorization fails, the order will not proceed. You can correct your details or try another accepted card.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered during checkout as soon as payment succeeds. It includes your order number, item summary, total charged, and shipping destination — please keep it for your records.
If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.
Price accuracy
We work to keep every price on our site current and correct. If a pricing error occurs — due to a typo, system issue, or outdated listing — Marina Furniture may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method, even if a confirmation email was already sent. We will notify you as quickly as possible; we are not required to honor prices shown in error.
4. Billing Information
The billing address you provide must match the address on file with your card issuer, including street, suite/apartment, city, state, and ZIP code. Mismatched or incomplete billing details can trigger additional verification, delays, or cancellation of the order.

5. Taxes
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and your state, county, and local tax rules. Rates may change as tax laws are updated. The exact tax amount is shown on screen before you confirm your purchase and appears again on your receipt.
6. Troubleshooting Payment Problems
If your payment is declined:
- Re-enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV exactly as printed on the card.
- Confirm your billing address matches your card issuer's records.
- Check that your card has enough available credit or balance.
- Call your card issuer — many declines come from fraud alerts or security holds that can usually be cleared with a quick call.
- Try another accepted card.

Repeated authorization failures: Some banks flag online purchases as part of their fraud-prevention programs. Ask your issuer to approve the transaction, then retry — or contact us with the details and we will assist.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelling an order
You may request free cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not entered fulfillment or shipping. To cancel, email info@marinafurniture.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled. Returns & Exchanges
Marina Furniture offers 30-day free returns and exchanges on eligible items after delivery. We do not charge return shipping fees or restocking fees. Full details on eligibility and the return process are in our Return & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method; we cannot refund to a different card or account. After we receive and inspect your return, we notify you of the outcome. Approved return refunds are issued within 10 days of approval. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 10 days of cancellation confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the funds appear on your statement — timelines vary by financial institution.
8. Financing & Installment Plans
Marina Furniture does not currently offer financing, installment payment plans, layaway, or buy-now-pay-later services. Every order must be paid in full at checkout using one of the accepted methods listed above.
9. Changes to This Policy
Marina Furniture may update, modify, or replace any part of this Payment Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. Revisions take effect immediately once posted on this page. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
